It&ly Oxily 2020 is the complementary cream peroxide for the Colorly 2020 range of colour cream. It should be mixed 1:1 with the colour cream apart from the hight list blondes where the mixing ratio is 1:1.5 cream to developer.
It has a balanced pH and contains It&ly's ACP (active colour protection) Complex that provides care and conditioning to the hair, so even the high strengths are gentle on the hair giving better luminosity and intense shine.
